The Practice provides all essential and additional services including the following:
Family Planning and Sexual Health
Provided by all the doctors and nurses in the practice in surgery times. Women on the contraceptive pill need a 6 monthly check with the practice nurse. Women on HRT need an annual HRT check with the practice nurse. Women need to remember to make an appointment for these checks before running out of medication. The nurse will issue repeat prescriptions once the checks have been completed. We also perform sexual health check-ups.
Note: Please be aware that this practice does not offer Minor Surgery procedures at present. Thank you.
Sexual and Reproductive Health Services, Newham

Cervical Smear
Cancer of the cervix is a preventable condition and all female patients between 25 and 64 years of age are advised to have regular smear tests. A call and recall system is operated to remind you when your test is due.
Antenatal & Postnatal Clinics
The community midwives offer a full maternity care service in conjunction with the GPs and health visitors. Antenatal appointments are also available with GPs. Postnatal examinations are offered with GPs.
In the first instance, you should make a routine appointment with your doctor to arrange your antenatal referral after which time your programme of care will be advised by the midwife or alternatively you can self-refer using the form attached.
Well Baby Clinic /Child Health
We offer a 6-8 weeks baby developmental check with the GP (20 min appointment). Please make sure the baby is registered when you are coming/calling to book an appointment. Note: For parents, please carry the red book at the time of baby’s appointment.
Their first immunisations will be with Practice Nurse at 8 weeks, then 12 weeks and 16 weeks.
